It used to be common practice for any Dr. that I saw to do the basic, ear, nose, throat, and eyes upon or during visit.
I admit I do see quite a few Dr's, but none of them do this anymore. Unless I said I have a sore throat, or I am in complaint of that particular body part.
Nurses always take BP, and pulse and some do weight. Do your Physicians still do these as the norm ??
I always thought there was much to tell from these basics.
