I have a Teeter inversion table and I use it several times a week. I mainly use it as a slant board. I think Teeter is the best brand out there. For those on a budget, check your local craigslist. I've seen several listed for good prices. It does take up a lot of room, but I keep it open in my basement exercise room and go on it right after I exercise.
