Yes. I always did two sets of 16 on dumbbells when I do my old Firm tape from the 80's. Recently, however, I started doing a small number of the kind where your hands form a small triangle on the floor with your fingers touching. These are good for the backs of the arms. I don't like them, but I do them.

Yes every day, at least 25, as soon as I wake up. Pilates, yoga stretches and push ups.

Yes, I do knee pushups and planks. I also do tricep dips using a chair. I can usually do 20 of each. I've never had good upper body strength but I work at it. I also do an advanced stomach workout that I've been using since the 80's. That has really helped keep my core and back strong.

I cAn't get down on the floor so when I do them I do standing push ups using the wall.
