Re: Do You Take Tumeric For Inflammation?

I bought some Turmeric capsules from Amazon.  It didn't agree with me at all.  I had heartburn so bad.  I went to the doctor as I couldn't stand it.  He gave me some pills to take and after 2.5 months, it went away.

I'll never take Turmeric again.  Later I read it has to be used with caution for people with GERD.  I didn't realize I had GERD, but guess I did.

It was quite an ordeal getting rid of it.

Re: Do You Take Tumeric For Inflammation?

I have arthritis all over.  My Dr who treats me for my back told me to start taking Tumeric for the inflamation.  She said some of her patients have had good results with it

I think I'll order it from Andrew Lessman if I can.

I've been taking Andrew Lessman's Turmeric and Ginger and I can tell a difference.  When I ran and and didn't replace for a while, my knees hurt again.  It's a keeper.

Well @sassenach1, I guess I'd better start using that Andrew Lessman turmeric that I bought about six months ago.  It wasn't cheap either.
