I tried Zyflammend & it did not seem to help me. I don't like that New Chapter sold out to Proctor & Gamble which is linked to Monsanto. Monsanto just cannot stand for people to get something that's actually good for them.

I take Andrew Lessman's Tumeric supplement and don't notice a big difference with inflammation. I most likely won't reorder this again.
I do notice a substantial decrease in joint pain and inflammation when I take his Maximum Joint Formula along with Marine Collagen Peptides (2 scoops/day). His MCP has also helped with my back (spinal) health and wellness.

Absolutely agree. Very disappointed in the sell out, ESPECIALLY to a business connected to Monsanto.

@Jacie wrote:I am currently taking Hyaluronic Acid, which has been amazing for my joints. I am considering adding Tumeric based on a conversation with my trainer at my gym.
Are any of you taking it? Thoughts?
@Jacie I have been taking it for years. I buy Tumeric with Bioperene, which helps in absorption, and should be taken with food as should all supplements, at Vitacost.

Turmeric, in capsule form, is one of the many supplements DH and I take - 800 mg. in the AM and 800 mg. in the PM. This amount falls right in the middle of the recommended range.

Yes I take tumeric. I had problems with soreness in my hamstrings. Relief was almost immediate. I get the tumeric from Vitacost it comes with curcumin C complex - recomended dosage is 1,160 mg per serving but I now take half and still have amazing relief.
