Fiberpasta is reduced carb, high fiber, high protein. It’s marketed to athletes, those who are very physically active, diabetics and others. It’s non-GMO, vegan and certified organic. They have many shapes, two varieties, and they also make flour and dog cookies and are planning human cookies. That kind of sounds weird (at least to me) but they have in essence developed a new type of wheat flour. Multi-tasking, lol.
You can check out their site and all the info at

I’m not “advertising” this product, LOL, just providing other diabetics an opportunity to investigate it if they feel like it. I have zero to do with the company, no financial interest whatever. I haven’t ordered it myself yet, though I may well order it. I was just intrigued and impressed by their info and website and trying to provide news to my fellow diabetics.

Thanks. I'm also interested in products like this for me, but also try to keep an eye out for them for my daughter.

@september It just looked like a good product to me, and hopefully it tastes better than the options out there now.
Back in the day, when Atkins was a Very Big Thing, in SoCal there were entire low carb stores that carried a wide variety of foods that were fabulous for diabetics. Lots of companies were on the bandwagon then. You’d think, just because diabetes is such a serious issue today, that there would still be a market for all of it, not just Atkins. Some of it can I’m sure be found on Amazon, but that’s not the same as things catching your eye in person.
Side note to september: I think one of the restaurants I used to turn my nose up at in Capitola as being blah/touristy has had a menu change. Chanced upon the menu today and am now dying to go to Paradise Beach Grille.
And now that I’ve gotten my water-resistant rainy weather shoes, just arrived today, noooo rain in sight. That’s good for the Pro-Am though. They were saying best weather ever. Sure is gorgeous out.

@Moonchilde. I've only been to that restaurant twice and had the same lunch both times. The tuna, mango, avocado tower. Loved it! The rest of the menu also looked good to me.

@Moonchilde. Yes, the weather is to die for. Try not to talk about it on this board, as people like to think we're "bragging" or some other whatever.
I actually need some bad weather to get some necessary tax work done! But not going to complain.
