@Daysdee, I know how you feel.... I used to be a true paragon of virtue here-and I was-but this is tough.

I haven't gone all that far off the roadmap, but I have gained four pounds- blood glucose has been up-I am stressed out.

@ Moonchilde has written about sugar addiction- I thought I was past that, but I am not.
