My health nut of a husband thinks I should start using it, I am not sure anyone know the facts thank you

I don't take it b/c I'm not an athlete who would benefit from that supp.

@SilleeMee According to what I have read it is not only for athletes

It's also for people who work out their muscles a lot...exercise a lot. There's no need for it otherwise.

I lift "heavy" 5 days a week plus do lots of walking / hill climbs, I'm also 2 years post meno.

I take 5G a day, lots of benefits. They are saying everyone at the old folks home should take 5G a day. It became popular for people that work out however, the benefits go further than that.

I honestly will continue to take it unless my blood work starts to show otherwise.
