Cosamin DS or Cosamin ASU

I have never used either. I hate "horse pills" and these are also an expensive experiment if they don't work.

 

Who has taken the Cosamin brand specifically, did it help you, and what do you think of the "newer" ASU vs the original DS formula?

 

These things seem to be 50-50 - people either say it didn't do a thing while others say it really helps their arthritis joint pain.

 

Not interested in any other brand at this time except possibly Costcos - but Costco doesn't make the ASU formula, only the DS.
