Colonoscopy CoLyte drink tip

Having just undergone an overdue colonoscopy, I thought I would pass along a discovery I made to make that 4 liter CoLyte solution go down a little easier. I've tried the Crystal Light route and the flavor packet that comes with the solution. Gag(!) to both. However True Lime, or True Lemon packets - 3-4 packs per 8-10oz glass - really does cut through the solution taste and make it easier to swallow. The tartness of the citrus flavor without the artificial sweetener in Crystal Light or the saccharin in the flavor packet seemed to make it more palatable.

Everything was okay for me, so that's something out of the way for a while. {#emotions_dlg.thumbup}
