Many take this in powder form, but I dont like mixing things in beverages or foods. I take Nurtiflair caps daily. Has all 5 different collagens in it.  Many of the marine ones contain tilapia fish, which we dont eat, this one does not contain farm raised fish. Get it on amazon or ebay

Just an FYI, the prices on ebay are a lot less than amazon, I buy 4 at a time to get the max discount on ebay.

We use the Andrew Lessman powdered collegen peptides and mix the Free Range and the Marine.  I know several people don't want to use his Marine since he uses Talipia as his source ,but that doesn't bother me.  We tried several different ones: Vital Proteins, Orgain and some others and my husband likes the Lessman best for it's easy dissolving in our morning coffee without leaving an aftertaste.  I buy it on specials since it's a bit expensive.  You need to find the one that fits your preferences and price point.  I recommend trying several.

People with sensitive stomachs usually do better with marine collagen supps. The marine collagen molecules are smaller and easier to absorb than bovine collagen. Marine collagen is more 'bioavailable' than is bovine collagen meaning more of the marine collagen will be used by the body and not go out to waste.

If you already eat a healthy amount of protein in your daily diet, such as chicken, beef, and fish, then supplementing with collagen supps may not really improve things much more than just eating a healthy diet. There isn't any proof that collagen supps do what they claim to do.

I use Vital Proteins in my morning coffee. It's entirely undetectable and that was a must for me because I want to enjoy that. There's absolutely no taste, nor is there a change in texture--that would've been a dealbreaker, too.

A friend originally started me on Andrew Lessman's collagen. I did get that for a time, but switched to VP years ago because the price can't be beat. In addition to that, Wegmans consistently has specials on it.

I have used several brands over the years including andrew lessman but this is my current favorite. It has good reviews on amazon & the amino acid profile is impressive for a collagen protein.  I noticed my hair doesn't shed as much. I take 1 scoop of the unflavored eventhough recommended dose is 2 scoops.
