[ Edited ]

The way i understand this , type 2 is for joints, is this correct?

When you lose some one you L~O~V~E, that Memory of them, becomes a TREASURE.

What is marketed as "collagen" is a mix of chemically derived amino acid peptides.  Differences mixes and sources.  One concern is stray contamination.

Any medical indications are mixed.

Be aware that human collagen is about half water.  So first look to your water intake.  Doing about 64 oz a day?

I don't know about type 2, but if you like yogurt, this might help.

Type II collagen is the kind found in joint cartilage exclusively. Type I and III are found everywhere else in the body.

No. HA is a non-protein. Collagen is a protein.

Well, either way I take Verisol collagen daily and also 100 mg of hyalauronic acid daily in capsule form.
