Can anyone recommend a good collagen supplement? I have been reading how important it is to skin, joints, hair, etc. I am taking a pill form now, but understand that the powder is better for you, I think you mix it into juice or food. Many thanks.

I like this one I get from Amazon:
Whole Foods Market, Collagen Powder - Unflavored, 4 oz
It dissolves easily. Cost is $15.99 for a 30 day supply. It contains Verisol 2500mg per serving. It has helped my painful elbow joint a lot.

I take 3 Verisol tablets daily, Puritans Pride brand. I also take one 100 mg Hyaluronic Acid capsule daily.

I use the Great Lakes brand. It comes with a green label and I order it from Amazon.

Currently I'm taking NeoCell Pomegranate liquid. It has collegen plus the benefits of pomegranate, ionic minerals, and tasting delicious.
Collagen took out my knee pain over ten years ago and I've been a fan since. My hair stylist sees the result in my hair, too.

@nanny24 I have used Andrew Lessman's Marine Collagen powder for several years on the recommendation of the PA at my ortho doctor. Not only has the cartilage space in my knee thickened but have so many comments on how my skin looks. I have since added Consult Beaute's collagen powder which has both bovine and marine.

I use Vital Proteins Unflavored Collagen Peptides. I mix two scoopfuls with my electrolytes and msm every day and it mixes fine as long as you shake it well. I haven't been using it long enough yet to know how many benefits I get but it's rated well on various web sites.

Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides (in a blue canister).
It’s flavorless and blends well into my bulletproof coffee. If you are a Costco member, they have the best price as well as the canister being bigger.

Is there any one of these that comes from USA sourced and produced ingredients? I would love to try one but only one USA made.

Lessman's Marine is made from tilapia, that is something I doi not want to consume, just my 2 cents. And Lessman should know better too!!
