I take Andrews CoQ10 and TruQ10, but I take them in the morning, so no issues with sleep.

I ordered the C&VS = Resveratrol bundle. I am still on the fence about the Resveratrol, but I am still reading. Andrews is good about telling you the positives, but you do need to do your own research on the negatives, interactions and side effects.

I have a sleep disorder and CoQ10 does not affect my sleep. I'd know right away. I've even taken it before bed on rare occasions.

Funny, I know so many people on statins, all with different docs, and none have been told to take the CoQ 10. I had asked my mom's cardio doc about it. he barely heard of it.

My Internist told me CoQ10 should be taken if you take statins. I don't take statins, but I take AL's CoQl0 and have for years since your own depletes with age. A good vitamin foundation is a good multi-vitamin, omega 3's and CoQ10.
