@lovesallanimals Really? I had a hard time when I tried the small bottle of 91%.

When he first came out with this a couple of years ago, I got the smallest bottle of the 66, 74, and 91.

I liked the 66, but I felt that it might not be as good for me, because of the lower percentage.

Loved the 74% right away, but the 91 was so, so bitter for me. I had a very hard time finishing that small bottle.

Andrew said the amount of CholestraCare is the same in all three percentages, so it is just a matter of taste and preference on the percentages.

Kudos to you for being able to handle the higher percentage! Heart

Yikes, if you take one or two with each meal or snack, you're talking major money.  I'll stick with my Simvastin which I know works and costs me about $10/mo with insurance and is just one pill per day.

@Kachina624

Many people can't take statins because of the side effects.

A friend of mine ended up in the hospital after being given a statin and it was life threatening.

Consider adding the Fibermucil as well.  They work together and the fibermucil will make the cholestacare work even better.

@Carmie

Very little regulation on supplements is true.

But I trust Lessman (not implying that anyone else has to).

Also, Lessman supplements do not upset my tummy!

Really? Most doctors advise keto diets?

‘Our DD And DSIL do this and I really guess I need to do some reading! I consider keto diets dangerous, but then my knowledge of this type of diet is scanty.

I posted this yesterday on another thread, but since it has to do with CholestaCare, I thought all of you might be interested.

Just an update on my lab work, for which I saw my doctor today for the results. This is the second time I have had lab work done in the last 12 months. Last time my numbers went down a lot. This was after I had started taking the products with CholestaCare (ChocoNuvo, CholestaCare, and the Oatmeal). My doctor took me off statin drugs and told me to continue to do what I was doing with Lessman's products.

Today's results show even better numbers for the HDL, LDL, and blood sugar. YAAAAY!!!

So my doctor is grinning from ear to ear and mentioned that he expected me to live another 30-40 years. I laughed and said: "You have my file in your hands, so you know how old I am. That is near impossible for me to live that much longer!" LOL!!!

Anyway, he continues to be impressed with what the Lessman products have done for me in the last 12 months and has told a select few of his other patients who have asked for alternatives to statins.

I am very thankful that I found out about Andrew's products and continue to tell others when they ask me about them. The easiest way for me to let them try his products is to give them ChocoNuvo, which is always a big hit! Then they ask for more information about it, and I print out the info that is essentially on the container. A few mentioned taking that to their doctors and all of the doctors, so far, have told them they have no problem with adding ChocoNuvo to their regime. Fantastic!

@LTT1

I technically said low carb/keto/paleo, but yes..doctors only

have limited nutritional education so many will parrot the

‘.org’ recommendations which primarily are all low carbohydrate

in nature. It’s just a reflection who sponsors their practice.

Yes, you are totally correct...keto diets are dangerous.

It’s disheartening to see this trend continue..and it’s not a

surprise we are sicker & sicker because of it.
