has anyone done this.It really is a good workout and fun too.We are getting ready to video our gym group doing this.The version we do is only a minute and one half.You can see it on utube done by the trainers that started it with his group.

@lolakimono That would be nice because mine could sure use it but I hope that you can check out the video and see how it goes....trust me you will want to try it.

I do lots of planks of various types in my workouts - looks fun, but all those butts up in the air are really bad form for a plank -
