@goldensrbest I think I said some where in the thread I went to Weight Watchers meetings before they closed due to the pandemic

Whew feeling better about me just tried on a Belle Top and D and C Joggers both in Medium and they fit very well.

I have suffered with this. What helped me was to get some new clothes to freshen up my perspective. I even changed my hair and rearranged my home a bit to give myself a "fresh start." That helped me realize that things have changed for my body.

@Glittergal I had to buy new clothes since most things I had were just too large for me
