It depends for me. But natural remedies are my first route and then I'll move on to what the Doctor recommended if the natural remedies aren't helping.

@Northray Years ago she used to get migraines and I had to send her something to take as it wasn't allowed in Australia.

I have not read any of her books but I have watched many many of her utube videos in which she lectures on various topics. I like her. I think she's knowledgeable about her subject matter and she's a good teacher.
As far as cures, it is said the body will heal itself if given the proper diet, clean air, clean water, activity, and good community. Why Americans are SO sick, including the children, is really cause for alarm. At my age I'm losing my friends and family every year. They've had medical treatments that cost a fortune, and it hasn't done them any good. Prolonged their suffering is about it.
Right now my neighbor is very ill with pancreatic cancer. He's going for chemo and he is quickly going downhill. I feel so bad about him. He always used to be outside working around his property, walking his dog, talking with neighbors. I've also lost my best friend and my last family member the past year or two. Reading books is a good thing. You never know what you might read that will strike a chord and help you out someday. Not sure if her books would be in your local library.

Sorry @proudlyfromNJ, I hadn't come back to check this forum and just saw your post. Yes, it sounds like Australia is very strict with medicines and what can and cannot be said about medical conditions and cures.
