Does anyone follow her or have read any of her books? She touts natural remedies for health issues.
She has written several books, and I thought about purchasing one...just asking if anyone is familiar with her and which book you recommend, thanks.

What natural remedies?

@Mom2Dogs I know this doesn't answer your question, as I have not read any of her books or watched any of her videos, but if no one responds here, there are lots of reviews of her books on Amazon and several on Goodreads.

Health remedies...the natural route vs medicine. I don't doubt modern medicine but it does not hurt to read up on other ways to improve your health.

I am not familiar with this author. I would however like to share a couple of books that I read years ago. I still live by some of the things I learned and revisit them often. Easy to read, recipes and great tips to help you stay healthy.
Gorgeously Green Diet and Gorgeously Green:8 Simple Steps by Sophia Uliano
Available on Amazon.

I have been watching some of her videos however there are several in comments that say some of the videos are AI generated but the still seem to be helpful as to what to eat.
I like her and she has a no nonsense approach to healthy eating. I haven't read any of her books though.
I also came across someone new to me on YouTube. She's an Asian doctor living in CA who has a lot of very interesting videos about healthy eating with a lot of topics.
I only just started to watch so I'm not sure of her name but the name of her channel is "Healthy Immune Doc"

I read where she was banned in her native Australia for her claiming that some natural ingredients could cure cancer and other serious diseases.
But from the videos on Instagram and Pinterest, I haven't seen her say anything radical. She lives here now, in America and of course, we can say anything with the consequences falling on us, as in our creditability being challenged and whatnot but not being bought down by the government. But her getting banned is something to consider I suppose.

My sister lives in Australia and she always tries natural remedies and doesn't want want to take pills or whatever the Doctor gives you.
