@Luvsmyfam  don't let what @Kachina624  say, get to you. Something like that will make me laugh especially coming from someone you say you respected.

Get better soon. I know what back pain is all about.

Are you taking some time away from work? Get enough rest and physical therapy would help. Hope the pain goes away very soon.

@Sage04

I think I read in another post or thread that @Luvsmyfam said she was working 2 or maybe even 3 jobs. Not sure, but I sure hope she is taking care of her spine.

Some do not realize that if they push too far they risk incapacitation the rest of there life. 1 of my very good friends is a Micro-Spinal Specialist, and he has told me stories of patients that did just that because of their choices.

I have told my back stories here several times, so I will not repeat it again. I just wanted you @Sage04 to know how kind you are to help @Luvsmyfam get the best outcome from this. Hopefully she listens to you, and I want the same for her.

@hckynutjohn  thank you very much. It really bothers me when someone is in pain. I've read a lot about your back and everything else. Mine is Cervical. Had two fusions and I must say I don't know if there is any pain worse than back pain but of course that's just my opinion.

Every once in a while something happens to aggravate it and I have to stay in bed for a few days.

I remember @Luvsmyfam  said she works part time at a bar and library. That means she is on her feet and after falling and staying on her feet while working, those two don't go together.

I really hope her pain goes away soon and that she would be able to cope going forward.

@Luvsmyfam

If it were/is the real serious type of spine injury, it will not show up in an Xray. The best way of showing a Spinal Doctor exactly, what and where, you have this injury. That is by running an MRI, and my friend, the Micro-Surgeon, does his at the hospital or facility, that has the strongest magnet in their MRI equipment.

Since you are still getting around standing up, it's doubtful you have any seriously ruptured spinal discs. Chances are more likely you are having muscle issues.

With my 3 ruptured discs, 2 the first surgery, 1 the 2nd surgery. I had to crawl on my hands and knees to get into a hot shower before I could even stand up. That is not an exaggeration, true facts.

A lot more info I could type, but if you are working and functioning since Thanksgiving! I get you are probably in pain, but chances are until you have an MRI, you will never know the full source of the condition of you spine.

Stay well and I wish you the best,
