@shoesnbags

From the research I've done, the technology is simple and cheap, but the form factor can be expensive. In office sessions can cost from $60 - $120.

I didn't want to spend a car payment on something that may or may not work, so I chose the cheapest thing on Amazon I could find with the most usable options - one that I could wrap around this and that.

It's called Mohtue from China and it's only $60. I got it in August. I've been using it for about an hour a day. If it breaks, I won't cry. I'll just replace it with another one. It's also very easy to keep clean. It's definitely the best 60 bucks I've spent in a very long time.

Thanks @SchippyLuv .  With arthritis pain in my hands, wrists and my "real" knee, it sounds worth looking into.  I have Amazon Prime, so I'll probably end up getting the one you have.  But I'll check out the one at Walgreens first.  I had never heard of this until your post, so thanks again.

@SchippyLuv

Just checked Amaz and found one by Mohtue that is $64.99.  It probably went up in price just like everything else these days, but I wanted to make sure I bought the same thing as you did.  It's a black belt with pink trim that says "Red Light Therapy Body Device Belt."  It says it's made of "soft, stretchy neoprene".  Is that it?

Yes, that's the one - but I saw another one - the very same thing for $60 a few minutes ago. I'm afraid to post a link because I don't want to get poofed. It's also Mohtue...

Was it at Amazon or somewhere else.

I also have post-shingles pain, which can be very sharp, keeping me awake at night. But that seems to have gone away since I've been using the wrap along my spine. Just thought I'd mention that in case it helps someone...

I saw both of them on Amazon today - one for $65 and one for $60.

I just put the word "Mohtue" in Amazon's search engine and both of them came up - one for $59.99 and one for $64.99. It's the same product from the same company.
