Pouring here and not supposed to stop, could get 5". I'm kind of enjoying it other than when I have to take Lucy out...lol. Doing laundry and cleaning now but might get ready and go to the mall.

Waiting to hear from my son, he was broken out in hives yesterday and, of course, I'm scared to death that it's the drug he's taking. It's working too so he'll be devastated if he has to go off of it. He worked until 9:30 last night and has today off so told me he was going to sleep in. I'm on pins and needles until I hear from him. He never sleeps this late so that has me on edge too...lol. I might drive up there but then I think I'll be flying home soon for the funeral. See how he is today I guess.

Anyway, great WOD yesterday, I got up to 10.7 on one of my all-outs. Liked the weight circuits a lot too...heavy on legs.

Did an Insanity dvd this morning, some jump-rope, 1 mile, and some upper-body weights....then 10 minutes of yoga for my cool-down. It wasn't like OTF but I don't need that every single day...still had my heart-rate up but not to 101%. {#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}

Good job everyone! {#emotions_dlg.thumbup1}

Hey all,

Well nomless it is snow....snowing so hard when I came home from grocery shopping I could hardly see and the roads were getting very slick....so it's the white stuff again. The big lake is still 65% frozen over...so you can see why we are cold.

Just made a wood stove fire.....smells nice when it first starts..

FUTURE good to see you.....glad it's warm near you anyways..

Pppmint Hoping you guys don't get flooding..I saw that on the weather channel too. Sending positive thoughts for DS as well....hoping the medication can be changed and still work for him.

Waving to the whole group!

I did not exercise today too hot......91 degrees. Bopper, holy cow, where do you live, the U.P? I am from MI and DH is from Toronto...we do not miss that weather. I'll send the warmth your way!

Bopper, I'm so sorry you have snow again, while the rest of us are into spring or inching there at least. Here, it's about 45 and raining, there's definitely a chill in the air.

Hi, Future, good to see you! Have a good week.

Patty, good wishes for DS. Does Lucy mind the rain?

Hi, Mick, hope your foot is feeling good.

Tony and Canine and Judy, a big wave to you too.

I don't know what my workout will be tonight. I should go do weights, but I might do a 21DF w/o instead. I'll see when the time comes. I've done good sticking to the 21DF food plan yesterday and today. No waffles, LOL.

Have a good evening everyone.

Happy Hump Day!

Just finished the address list for the ceremony, glad to have that done. Hope we didn't forget someone we shouldn't have!{#emotions_dlg.unsure}

Going to class this morning, taking my umbrella. nomless, sounds like you're having the same weather we are...rain and in the 40's. And, yes, Lucy doesn't mind the rain...lol...she's scratching at me right now to go exercise in it...ay. The neighbors here said we should work for the post office, we go out in snow, sleet, rain, wind, and cold.

bopper, my friend in WI posted a video of their snow yesterday and my cousin in MN said she had on a sweatshirt and fleece coat and was still cold. I can't believe the death toll from those horrible tornadoes. {#emotions_dlg.crying}

I'm sore so am going to try and take it down a little today...won't do as heavy weights and as fast in my weight circuits, and I'm not going to go above a 9 for my all-outs. My back feels a little funny so that makes me nervous, can't tell if it's just sore or still a little tweaked.

Morning, another day of fog and cold and rain....but I remain thankful for my home...as it's still standing where as others have lost everything!

checking in with the Treadmill inclined for 40 minutes and the TG for 20 minutes.

Pppmint glad you got that out of the way...cross 1 thing off the list!{#emotions_dlg.rolleyes} Yes we had quite the weather yesterday. Lots of people in the ditch....it's pretty crazy!

MickD glad your foot is better and you are getting stronger and faster ! Yes I am way up in the North country..it's beautiful here but this past winter was way too long and it just won't stop!

Nomless good job sticking with the plan...this program really sounds like one you can continue on with for life...the food part in particular.

Well the little man is starring at me so must mean he wants to go out in this weather...

Have a good day all!

Oh, I started a May thread just to be sure I didn't forget so don't be confused...

Patty, Lucy is a character. There's nothing she won't do. LOL. I hope DS is better.

Good morning to you, too, Bopper.

No w/o today or tomorrow as I have evening events to do. Bummer. I've tried w/o early in the AM, but I'm too groggy at 5 am and my form suffers a lot. I'm not very strong then either. It would be so nice to have my workout done first thing in the morning.

I miss Zoe on rainy days, you couldn't shove her out the door...lol!

My husband was just saying last night that he's going to have to get back in to working-out at 5am again when we transfer. Hes also going to get out there and hit it hard with all the 20-year old guys once a week. Some days they go to the beach and do a swim-run, one day they might do a 15-mile run in the sand, one week a CrossFit work-out, etc...he's looking forward to that again.

I used to but I agree with you, I'm not as strong and my body isn't warmed up yet. I could do an easy run or something but nothing like today's WOD...I'd get hurt.
