Hi, Mick. Glad you're taking it easy on your foot. I was tempted to make today a rest day; instead I did 30 min slow walking. Actkve rest, right? That's good for us, too.

Rosbaybee - enjoy your Bella. She's a part of the family already!

Pprmint - I just read your post about Indy. Aww, my heart goes out to you. Take care of that stress level - you are going through a challenging, transitional season. Blessings

JudyL - You may not read this, as you are taking a break, but may you be surrounded by a peaceful, healing energy

Bopper - did your weather ever warm up? Sending sunshine your way

Nomless -- thanks for reminding us it's okay, and healthy, to take a day of rest

MickD - hope the foot ache is better

Didn't mean to ignore anyone -- waving to all. Kind regards to all. Let's keep moving and remember we don't have to eat everything we want! Ha. Loving my 5:2 plan. Strong workouts every other day. Soft workouts to fill in the gaps. Good to let the joints heal. Wearing smaller trousers today! Have a beautiful tomorrow

Morning everyone!

ROSBAYBEE...congrats on your new family member! Thanks for sharing that with us, loved seeing you were here!

Lucy is in heat and is being treated for a UTI. They gave her a shot and sent her home with antibiotics and I can tell she's feeling better already. I'm going to take her out here in a few because she's really wanting to go...I'll just walk with her and give her plenty of carry-breaks. Cut the distance way back too.

I think I'll either go for a bike ride or a run when I get back with her. Maybe a little of both. My rear delts, my back, tri's, and my abs are sore today but I knew I would be. I actually thought I'd be worse so I'm happy about that. My legs really aren't sore at all.

One guy in the class before us burned 1100 calories! It's not fair{#emotions_dlg.glare}...lol!

Waving to everyone!! Thanks Ury.{#emotions_dlg.wub} I think I'll call Indy's husband, he sent me his number and said to call anytime.

Hey all, were back to winter today....it was nice yesterday and today it's 37 and windy with snow flurries..

Ury well yesterday was beautiful, 60 degrees. Today it's 37 and snow flurries...we have been cold for so long....I really wanted the 60 degrees to stay.

ROSA so happy to hear about your new little baby.............this forum isn't just about exercise, it's about family and friends and fur babies so thank you for sharing that with us. They bring so much joy to our hearts and are such great company.

I did my grocery shopping this morning and am in disbelief at the prices...I didn't get some of what I had on my list...just can't do it! How to eat healthy and afford it....I really want a good garden this year but with the weather like it has been here and it it continues like this we will have a short growing season..

Pppmint our little girl isn't herself, hoping her antibiotics kick this out of her...we need our happy girl {#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}

Nomless are you going to the gym today or doing your dvd? My yoga dvd came yesterday. I haven't looked at it yet. It's actually for back pain so I am interested in those segments.

Hoping everyone has a good day!

Hi All! I have been reading posts, keeping up- but every time I go to post, I get interrupted. Anyway, slow on workouts with so. Much going on- Easter, work and required recents for work. But, now it's done so I should have some freedom. I am so glad! Nomless- I am glad for you that your containers are working. Serving size is my problem also. That is why WW points worked for me. Bopper- yes on grocery store prices. Crazy! Is it spring yet? We hit 75 today but back to 40s tomorrow. Oh well. Yup, no NASCAR on Easter weekend. Future- I think about you too with full moon! That blood moon last week was tough. School vacation week can be reasonable til the weekend. parents don't want to have vacation ruined but then they all. Then they fill up the ER before back to school and back to week! Judy- thinking of you. Patty- I was gonna ask about your moving plans , but I guess I will wait. Mick- is your foot behaving? Ury- the 5:2 diet is working for you? Sounds like you and nomless have working plans- that's great. Ok- off to NCIS.

Hi, all! Today wasn't as busy as yesterday. I hopped on the bike for 20 minutes or so, then later did the treadmill with weights, as well as turning the treadmill off and holding onto the bars and running to make the belt move. Both forward and backward. That'll get that HR up!! Our treadmill is upstairs so I don't like running on it. It's just loud! Lol! Then did a little abs. Tmrw is weights and I'm going to try to throw in some cardio, even if it's just 15 mins of higher intensity. I've got to up my cardio game. I've also got to majorly crack down on eating. Big time. It would help if I went to the grocery store. Lol!!

Morning everyone! In the low 40's here again this morning. Lucy and I already did 2 miles, she's feeling better.

I'll take her out again later. Have class today and need to go to Wegman's. My triceps and abs are still very sore from Monday so I'll have to try and work around that as best I can.

tony, we'll be moving in June but I'll take a vacation and go up to Newport to visit dh before we pack-out.

Glad everyone is doing so well! I'm pretty sure I'm going back to CrossFit in Va Beach, I was watching Bob Harper talk about it and he got me all fired up again but I'd been looking at the Boxes down there anyway. He said he's obsessed with it and will never stop doing it.

Thanks so much ladies..she is a sweetie, a rotten sweetie but a sweetie nonetheless!

I need to get back in the exercise groove badly though. With her being so young and demanding I haven't been doing anything regularly. Yet within the past week I've had people tell me they see how I've lost weight. The funny thing is I HAVEN'T, in fact I've gained some back. Of course when I lost almost 20 lbs no one even noticed, so who knows, haha.

It's nice to have the complement I just wish it was because it was true Smiley Sad

I have to run but will try to get back here regularly, I love reading your posts, and being inspired by you ladies!

Morning, sunny here this morning but we were only in the upper 20's...only lower 30's for our high today and through the week with snow on Thursday and Friday. Our weather guy said it will be colder than normal for some time to come...just like our entire winter was....

Did 3 miles today of Treadmill intervals.

Pppmint glad Lucy is feeling better, the antibiotic must be helping her. Bob Harper is very inspiring isn't he? I love that guy!

Tony so Spring isn't here yet.......was here for 2 days!

FUTURE sounds like you got a game plan! Keep on it! Hope our day isn't to crazy.

Ahh Logan is starring at me,,,must mean I better take the little boy out!

Hi nomless,,,have a good day!
