Hi, Mick. It's good that you're taking it easy while you're not feeling well. As well as knowing when to work out, it's important to know when not to.

Hi, Bopper. I just checked order status. The DVDs were delivered, yea. I didn't get the Pilates kit, though, I got Rosalie, Intermediate and the Boomers DVD. I don't know if I'll do one tonight or if I'll go do cardio. I should do cardio.

Hi to all. Future, are things still crazy for you? Hi to Tony and Judy and Patty and Vonlam....I hope it's a good day for everybody.

50 min cardio done. I was rollin'.....did really well. Within 3secs of PB on elliptical. I thought I was going to beat it, but I just missed. Still, it was good. I love that feeling when it's all just working!

Morning, major internet problems this morning, keeps saying I don't have a connection and everything is connected....I finally unplugged the modem and re-plugged and slowly I am getting a connection. I have no clue what to do in these types of instances, and hubby is way worse than me. He could care less if we even have a computer, he never uses one...so he isn't helping my mood! {#emotions_dlg.angry}

Any way well I was thinking of how to resolve this I did 38 minutes on the TG.

Nomless did you get the dvd's?

Feel better MickD

FUTURE sorry life is so crazy and glad you stopped in..we are all still here for you Smiley Happy

Pppmint how is Lucy today?

OK better shower.

Hi, Bopper. Yes the DVDs arrived yesterday. I didn't get a chance to look at them.

Hi, Future. I hope your days are fun crazy, not just crazy crazy. Ya know what I mean?

Hi to everyone else. My day is crazy, too (crazy crazy, not fun crazy). Gotta get back to work.

Bopper, I did rhe TG Boomers dvd. It's very basic, easy moves. A good one for someone who is jusr starting with exercise on the TG, but whichone will outgrow quckly. Not very many exercises, but they're useful important ones.

Hello,

I am new to this board. I'm 63 and 40 lbs over what is a healthy weight for me. But I feel great because I got my new Body Blade and did my first workout with it today, 20 min. I think it will help esp with balance and flexibility.

Today is also my first fasting day on the 5:2 diet. So I am here for inspiration and to find out what is working for everyone, not only people wishing to trim down, but to get healthier.

Hello pdxlalesley - I began 5:2 a month ago and work out 4 x's a week with stretching and light weights on non-WO days. 5:2 feels like a plan I can live with. You've probably read progress is slow -- about a pound a week - but it is healthy and flexible. Stay encouraged and kind regards. I'm sort of new to this board. I read it often for inspiration, but don't post often. Thanks to all for sharing - you inspire me!
