Looks like it is either love or hate on these. I find it works out my legs much better, especially my gluteus Maximus . I do 10 minutes on the manual treadmill, 10 on the elliptical , and back to 10 minutes on the treadmill. I do this back and forth for a total of 45 minutes. Then I do my strength training. About an hour total plus in all. I watch TV or listen to my walk CD.

Treadmill and elliptical are both in the big den right in view of the TV. I generally used while watching the news. 30 - 45 minutes. Also, a Nordic Trac Cross Country.

I figure if I have to move my legs to get on it, that makes the electric treadmill 'manual'. {#emotions_dlg.devil2}Besides, treadmill has an incline. I recently replaced treadmill and elliptical with a Tread Climber, so I could just have one 'machine' in the room.
