Re: Andrew Lessman's multivitamins for women

His people do a wonderful job of explaining their products to you. Tell them what you're looking for and they definitely can help you.

I've been taking his Women's Complete for years They are easy to swallow and have never caused any tummy issues for me. No burps, no after taste, etc. I get the ones without the fish oil, because I prefer to take another brand of that - just a silly personal preference.

I really can recommend them highly. I also take his Hand and Nail formula and his Liver anti-oxidants, since there are several liver issues in my family. I don't know if they help or not, but right now I don't have any of the issues my family has had in the past.

Good luck with your choice.

I've looked at his things and for me, if you have a good diet the amounts in them are higher than I would want to take.

I bought his multi vitamins (don't know the name) that is only one tablet per day. I found I got sick more than when I take the Nature's Code packet from QVC. May have just been a coincidence though. I really like QVC's Natures Code.

I have many friends who are doctors - esp. renal doctors - and they all say a centrum silver will have everything you need in a supplement, is only one pill, and is way less expensive. You should be striving to get your nutrious needs met by eating a well balanced diet.

ITA. I have taken Centrum Silver for years. Our Dr. has said more than once that a good multivitamin is enough if you eat right.
