Andrew Lessman's multivitamins for women

I'm tired of taking so many supplements so I've decided that when I finish what I have I want to reduce what I take to just a multivitamin and a couple of other essential things recommended by my PCP. So a question for those of you who take AL's multiple's : since he offers several different multivitamins , which is considered the most complete supplement?

From my understanding, he only offers one multi vitamin- Essential One. The Womens Complete is a packet with 6 vitamins/supplements.

he offers the Essential One, Womens Wellness, Ultimate Womens Wellness, Womens Complete, Womens Complete 100. without reading the complete ingredient list on each of these I would guess that the Complete 100 would be the most comprehensive, but I guess I need to go do some ingredient list reading {#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}.

The Womens Wellness/ Ultimate Women's Wellness is not a multivitamin it's just extra stuff.

The Women's Complete 100 is just an amped up version of Womens Complete that costs twice as much.

So for what you want, your choices are still Essential One versus Women's Complete. Do you want to take 1 pill or 6? Essential One is right now $90 for a years worth where as the Women's Complete is $100 for 4 months.

Essential 1. His supplements are the only ones I will take now.

His most complete multi is sold only on his site. Not on HSN. I believe it is founder's.

I used to take his multis (Complete and then upgraded to Elite) but I stopped and take only specific supplements. No multi gives me what I want/need of certain things and often give too much of other things. I do use some of his supplements.

I take AL's Essential One. If you are looking to cut back on the number of pills, then that is the one to go with. It has all of your basic vitamins without taking a bunch of capsules. I am not one for taking a lot of pills so I like this one. I think the ones with several capsules may be more complete though.

You could call his offices. They can help you find the one that works best with the other supplements you want to continue to take.

I took Women's Complete for two years when my hubby ordered his & hers for us. I quit after two or three buckets of them. I have to have blood test every 6 mo for the meds I'm on and results are still excellent 9 years later. They made no difference & I think they were $69 a shipment. My doctor has me take a multi-vitamin is all.
