I know I'm repeating myself, but I have a shellfish allergy so this is a warning. 

 

Chondroitin has a shellfish derivative in it, so if you're allergic, don't take it!

I think he gives a good education  on vitamins.  I like listening to him.  I will only take his vits. I definitely notice a difference.
