@I am still oxox I'm so sorry that you fractured your right wrist- I fractured mine when I fell on it when I was playing kickball as a little girl. A wrist fracture is very painful, you are a strong lady to go through that. I can relate to the difficulty sleeping with a broken wrist in a cast, especially if you sleep on your right side. Its tough to type or write with a non-dominant hand. I'm very glad that your cast is coming off tomorrow
- you'll feel a lot of relief when the warm sun and a gentle breeze hits your wrist. Take it easy with your right hand when it recovers, and I think your wrist will be as good as new in no time! ![]()

@I am still oxox You're welcome
! Also, your right wrist might feel and look a little weak initially when you take the cast off, but that feeling is short lived and will go away as your right wrist gets some movement again and gains back its original strength. ![]()

My right shoulder has been out for almost two years, so it has been left hand or nothing for a lot of things. It is a marvel how you retrain. The biggest surprise has been how the left hand increased in size. Had to switch rings around.
Happy castless day tomorrow.

I broke my wrist in 2016 falling on ice--never had a cast but had a splint before and after surgery. Then a brace until it healed. It was very painful and took a good solid month or more just to find a comfortable postition to sleep. It was my left wrist, thank heavens. Then on to p/t for a few weeks--it healed up well but still took many months. Getting that cast off will be so great!! Yahoo for you!!!
