@tends2dogs I only bought the secure bars one time  last year when they were a TS so I really don't know anymore than that.  With that being said I can''t imagine the price being offered any lower than it is today-which is why I bought 48.

Has anyone ever taken the "Elite" multivitamin from AL?

Just curious.

A few weeks ago, I noticed my hair was re-pigmenting! I have no idea which supplement was helping this happen? So I googled this and came up with "copper" as the ingredient that MIGHT help this happen. The Elite multi has twice the amount of copper as Essential-1.
Also, for the additional price, I would benefit from taking Elite because it has other vitamins/supplements in it which I have already purchased. For me, each day is filled with many, many capsules....too many so I'd rather condense the process if possible.

Any thoughts?
