Last year Essential-1 and Omega-3 were the TS for April.

Do you think it has made a difference in your cholesterol numbers?

@Tinkrbl44 I think my diet makes more of a difference. I am the rare bird in that my cholesterol levels are genetic based rather than diet based so I am a poor one to ask.

But I think it does help my levels stay in check when I eat which is when I use this product.

Would probably do more for those people who are not defective with their genes, but that I can not answer.
