what i like about using notebooks to keep track of things, is that i can write while laying in the bed or when luxuriating in the bath tub. i've tried both using my tablet, but didn't like it.

the other thing that i like about writing is that i tend to remember more of what i write, then what i type.

i put each supplement on it's own page.

notice i said notebooks, as in i have some for several different things.

also think about the name that i selected to post in this forum.

you will see that there is a method to what seems like madness.

by all means steal away.

try both, one show try typing and on another show try writing and see which is less stressful and which you like best.

at least i have started working on my memory problem.

in addition to the essential 1, (yes, the largest sze) i ordered the big bottle of iron last night because the price was lower then i had "written down", since i started taking notes, last october.

ya gotta hurry up and start with the note taking. (smile)

this is way too much info to attempt to keep floating around in our brain, never mind trying to recall something specific.

Iron should not be supplemented unless one has had labwork and is deficient. It can be dangerous. It is not a supplement one tries randomly.

thank you for your concern. i am well versed in the woes of iron. i don't take it on a regular basis. maybe once or twice a week and some weeks or months, i don't take any.  right now, i am tired of the script liquid iron and wanted to try it in a different format.

As I mentioned, I have never seen it available on HSN, except maybe once 2 years ago?

After purchasing a small size and finding that it was very effective for my mid-day slump, I purchased a large size from Procaps.

When I emailed them, and asked if it would/could be available from HSN or Amazon, they replied that at that time, “Andrew doesn’t make this available from other than Procaps because this was one of his first products he ever marketed and he is very proud of this one.”

i only started andrews supplements last october. it was probably in november when i saw the iron on hsn.

your reply and their reply explains why there is no video for the iron. i am really happy to hear that you took it and found it effective, especially since last night, i ordered the largest size, which will last me way over a year, as i will not be taking it every day.

Are most of you purchasing from HSN/QVC or ProCaps? I have started to get in the habit of going to ProCaps because I get the product faster. When I ordered the oatmeal and the ChocoNuvo, I ordered thru HSN, as they had flex pay that I wanted to take advantage of. I was purchasing a year's supply for both of those items, so flex pay was really nice.

If HSN doesn't carry the product, I buy directly from Andrew.

@World Traveler i ordered from HSN this time..It depends on what it is & if I need the flex pay..My orders have already shipped form HSN, in fact my Marine Collagen shipped the next day..I just go back & forth ...
