i was wondering if anyone has seen this item presented on air? i'm asking because i looked on hsn and his site, but did not see a video.
i think i left this one off my list from a few days ago.
apparently, the memory & brain supplement, hasn't kicked in all the way yet - LOL

I now am rx’d an iron supplement for low iron blood levels.
I assume you take this successfully?
Have now ordered this one but have not taken it yet.
does it cause you stomach upset?

@iwrite No, I haven't tried the iron supplement yet. I haven't needed it, per my doctor and lab reports. YAY!!!!

Cannot take B vitamins...so I do not take a daily multi.
I need to ask my PCP.
Rarely do I eat meat...hence, I’m guessing maybe this is WHY my iron got low.
Reading and usually low iron = iron deficiency anemia, which I do not have, I don’t think.

i am happy to hear that you don't need it.
i don't know whether i "need" it or not, i just know that in the past, i felt better taking iron a few times a week.
i am 90% sure that i will take the plunge and order some this weekend

yes, eating meat will help raise your iron level.
many doctors aren't all that familiar with supplements, hopefully your doctor isn't one of them, because you need to know definitively what it is about vitamin b/b12 that you can't take.
as each manufacturer has a different formula, it may just be vitamin b/b12 from manufacturer x, that you can't take because they use an ingredient that doesn't work for you. does that make sense?

I had the same and been taking AL for a couple of months. No stomach upset. His vits are great. I take many.
