Would it be overkill to buy 2 of the 400 count Essential 1

I've gone to buying only a 6 mos. supply of vitamins or other supps to ensure freshness and potency.

I bought a 700ct Omega 3 a few years ago as a TSV. After 6 mos they started to clump together and the gelcap started to get cloudy. I stored them in their original container in a cool, dark closet.

@Valstybaby Yes, I think it would be overkill to buy more than a one-year supply.  It is a TS every year and always has a great price.  You want to have fresh product and next year's formula may have some additions you may want to have.  😊

Thank you both. I’ll stick with one.

@Snowpuppy

I put my omega in the fridge.

Wondering if that is ok?

A pharmacist once told me to freeze them (different brand) so the fishy taste wouldn’t occur, but these I just refrigerate.
