@bebe777  I heard him talk about keto briefly.  I think for people who are starting keto or paleo, it would probably help them during that flu phase they talk about.  I never experienced that because I went from WW to Eat Clean to Whole30 to Primal so my diet was already pretty decent and I had reduced my added sugar to 6 tsp per day (the AHA recommendation) by the time I did my Whole30.

I'm on day 10 of Keto Reset and it kicked in yesterday.  Today is even worse/better as I am like a machine today running around getting stuff done.  I hope I can go to sleep!

@VaBelle35 you've done a number of heavy duty diet plans, so I'm glad that you seem to be doing well on it.

When the keto kicked in today, what do you mean by today being "better/worse"? It sounds as though you have a huge energy burst today. -- Is that becasue your body is now able to burn through the fat?

@bebe777  Yes, major energy.  It happens with all of them.  I didn't think I would get it with this because I wasn't decreasing my carbs all that much from Primal, but apparently I did.

I vaguely knew about keto from Atkins way back when, but I've never paid much attention to it. 

I don't have that much sugar in my diet, but I do use some apple, carrots and pineapple in my Vitamix green drinks. lol, since drink about a quart of green drink daily, I'm probably having more than 6 teaspoons of sugar carbs daily.

I'd be really interested to hear about your progress on this keto diet. If you get great results, I might think about giving it a try but it really sounds very regimented. I do have a regimented strict diet... but it's one that I'm used to.
