I started with his Marine Collagen many years ago but have since switch to the Free Range every morning in my coffee.  My nails, skin and joints will not let me do without it.  I had two surgeries last year April and July and my surgeon could not believe how fast I healed when I came back to him for my two week follow-up.  I lost a lot of weight due to my illness and my skin was still tight as a drum too.

My husband had surgery as well and as a diabetic he healed very quickly too and his skin looks great, his family has been telling him how good his skin looks.

I had a poditrist appt this week for a funky toe nail and we talked about a few unrelated things.  

She suggested collegan because I said something like I felt like I was 'drying up'...she told me to try collegan but did not offer any specific brand.
