OMG YESSSS!  I make sure I eat my two squares every single day of my life.  @World Traveler 

I gave my mother a whole bottle for Mother's Day so she should be set until the return in October.  

Only my baby sister said she didn't like it so my middle sister and I are now only children.  She's been voted off the family tree!

@Laura14 I think I've said this before, but just to make sure.......you can have one to two pieces after each meal! Per Andrew, there are no further benefits beyond one to two per meal. 

The one piece he said is sufficient for a regular, normal, average meal. But if it particularly fatty (running over in butter or something like that!) meal, then you would benefit from two for that meal.

Anything over two/meal, six/day, doesn't benefit you any more in helping with cholesterol, but you may have them if you are not worried about the calories (26/square).
