It is a powder that you mix with water.  Lessman and Colleen Lopez were hosting the show.  Thinking of trying it because I was just in the hospital for high blood pressure.  Meds are helping, but need to lose weight.

@countrylady Are you referring to Secure? It is not a diet plan; it's a meal replacement. However, that may help you lose weight.

I am not aware he has anything else that might be considered a diet plan in his line of products. But if there is one, I would like to hear about it.

  Oh,you’re talking about the Secure Meal Replacement.Yes I’ve tried it.I like it better with skim milk.I found mixing it with water isn’t satisfying.I put it in the blender with ice cubes. It comes out thicker & is more filling.

   It does aid in weight loss. Whenever you replace a meal with liquid it helps. But you have to incorporate common sense eating around it.

 Personally, I like the weight watchers version better.It’s cheaper, tastes better & is more filling,JMO.

YES, I have. and if you move - exercise every day and replace one or 2 meals with  this yummy shake - you WILL see results.  

It's like anything else - hard work but worth the results.

Are his shakes filling? Because he says it's only 60 calories, that is very low for a "meal", don't you think? Just wondering.  I occasionally have a protein shake as a meal but it's more like 200 calories,which is pretty satisfying (high in fiber).

Heavens! He sells soooooooo many supplements & powders.

If his potions & elixirs are so healthy, why do people have 

additional weight& still are unhealthy?

Just eat real food.

It’s so easy....pay me the money spent for all this stuff

and I will personally buy, cook & deliver a 5lb bag of potatoes

to your doorstep....and I would still come out ahead.

You would lose weight, get healthy & well.

No need for supplements ever again.
