I buy the Ultimate Whey Protein Isolate, not the Whey Secure.  It has nothing in it but non-GMO whey isolate and sunflower oil.

Yes, I noticed his prices went up recently. that is why I always look for specials and coupons to soften the blow at check-out!

I take more of his supplements than I care to count! lol I will not be without,

Glucosamine, eye support, astaxanthin & hair, skin & nails. Those are non-negotiables! I am currently re-evualating everything else to see what I can weed out, as I feel I am at my limit. My Dr. says that whatever I am doing is working for me and keeping me healthy.

I am not ordering this ttv, as I still have some in the cupboard and this is not my favorite thing.

I tried Secure a long time ago, it was way too sweet tasting for me.

I'm using the NutriSystem shakes now.  I know they have sugar but they don't taste sweet and I need something! lol

confession:

I did a line dance dvd this morning & just started the 2 mile Miracle Mile dvd when DH brought me a quarter pounder with cheese, fries and a coke.  I did Not eat all of it, but it's my favorite.

I'm not a Kardashian fan AT ALL but I like Chole's Revenge Body! I put  Revenge Body post-it's all over the house yesterday,

Re: Andrew Lessman - January 2017 Visits - Chat Here

Hi Everyone,

I am going to buy his TS Energy and Fat Metabolism.  I take two of these before I lift weights (2-3x/week) and do extended cardio sessions.  I do feel a difference in pushing through to the end!

What I am taking as far as supplements now:

1.  Tumeric-400 Curcumin (not sure I will reorder this from AL, but it was bundled with glucosamine/chondrotin on 1-25-2015).  Not sure It helps with joint inflammation

2.  Healthy Hair, Skin, Nails (TS on 7-11-2015 with Marine Collagen Peptide)

3. Vitamin K-2 MK-7

4. 5-HTP (from Costco)

5. Coenzyme Q-10 (TS on 10-01-2016 with D3)

6.  Essential Omega 3's- (TS on 4-09-2016)

7. Astaxanthin (TS in April 2016 with Ultimate Eye)

8. Ultimate Eye

9. Circulation & Vein (TS on 1-17-2016)

10. Phytoceramides

11. One Daily (from Costco, I found this was a less expensive alternative to AL's Essential One. He has been inconsistent with this as a TS so I did some research)

12. Resveratrol (TS was on 1-18-2015).  When I ran out I started ordering from Swanson's Vitamin

13. Ca-Mg (TS on 10-10-2015 with D3). Luckily I bought the largest size, but I will run out soon.

14. Iodoral (my nurse practitioner and doctor highly recommend this high potency Iodine/potassium supplement) Amazon

Also forgot that I stir in two scoops of Marine Collagen Peptides to my morning coffee each morning.

Also edited to add that I take Procaps Lab Maximum Joint Effort  (5 capsules/per pack) daily

One (Webber Natural from Costco) Probiotic.  Procaps Lab was backordered on this so I found this as a less expensive alternative!

Whew, I sure do take my fair share of supplements, but I will say they are working well for me!

I received my first order of ChocoNuvo about 2 weeks ago.  Today it was $50 cheaper so ordered another as well as received a $50 price adjustment.

I noticed that I paid $79.90 for the 480 count Glucosamine/Chondroitin last year.   This year it is $99.90 for the same size.  Disappointing.

Stevia would be much better than artificial.  I agree,  lovestoteach.

Did you buy it at that price when it was a Tody's Specual value?

I bought my Glucosamine and Chondroiton. I stopped using this for a few months and got terrible Sciatica. I am never going to take that chance again. For me that is a must have rather then just a want.

His Glucosamine and Chondroiton is the best! I bought it a little over a month ago (yes, I can't get the credit for the reduced price now Woman Sad) and my knees are feeling so much better. In this cold weather yet! Sulfate is the best formula- per my rheumatologist!!

Not sure if many people were aware that ProCaps Lab has a new Secure MCP product.  I am ordering the smallest sizes so I can get a "quantity discount."  I was looking for prices on his MCP and when I typed it into the search bar, this showed up as a (delicious) alternative. The Secure MCP has 7 g of MCP vs. 5 g of MCP in his basic option.  Just wish it included the MSM, but I'll try it for something new.

I was almost out of the eye vitamin so I ordered a bottle of 180 this morning.  I don't take it daily, I take it every other day so 180 capsules last me a long time.  Price was reduced, shipping was free, I had a $10 coupon plus $21.20 in spendable ka$h as the Camuto boots I ordered less than a month ago were reduced.  Very pleased with all the discounts on something I usually take anyway.
