I've been taking the K2 MK7 since he released it, so I will be interested to see if that helps my D levels this year.

I've been taking that, too. I would have to compare to TS prices when the time comes but I have taken his calcium supplement that includes K2 in the past & that makes more sense for me & might cost about the same or even less than buying 2 products - but it does not include the MK7. Including some of when we need but not all kind of defeats the purpose.

My perfect supplement would be a liquid ionic mineral supplement (I would love it if Andrew would start making some of these) of calcium/magnesium/D3 plus the additional vitamins/minerals all in correct ratios needed for optimal benefits. It is too hard trying to figure all that out with different supplements.

- On the other hand, I think our bodies can be good at managing when we get it "in the ballpark," so to speak. Our ancestors did not worry about this; they just ate what was available & that varied a lot.

I was hoping he has the ColestaCare and Fiber Musil as a TSV in October.

Please do research on vitamin D3 supplementation. There are many studies coming out now showing that it can actually contribute to heart disease, etc. especially at higher levels. It is not something people should just add a bunch of it to their supplementation without talking to their doctors, especially if you have certain conditions and genetic pre-disposition to things ilke heart disease.

I'm on 50,000 units a week per oncologist. He tried 150,000 a week, but I went toxic-chronic excema mostly. I told him that was a deal breaker.

@BTW: my labs show me now @ optimal levels of Vit.D. I must have been very very low before. I am taking vit.D2-ergocalciferol.

That is great you are under the care of a doctor regarding Vitamin D. I would hope no one would ever take it upon themselves to start taking 7000 units per day without being under the care of a doctor. There are certainly situations where you need more and certain situations were more can be detrimental to your health. That is why it is always best to consult your doctor about dosages and hopefully the doctor (nor your doctor maestra, just people's doctors in general) is up to date on the latest information regardin supplementation for Vitamin D (or whatever vitamin or mineral someone wants to increase the dosage).

Well, the hunters and gatherers certainly didn't worry about vitamin D. They were outside in their loin cloths all year long ;o)
