Andrew has his ChocoNuvo at his TS pricing right now if anyone needs any before Oct. when he has his next TS.
The 360 ct is $149.90 right now.

Thanks for the head up. I love Andrew's products. His vitamins and supplements are the only ones on the market (I have tried) that do not produce mild, but irritating side effects in me.

The Choco Novo contains fat and calories, but has the plant sterols to fight cholesterol. I would rather take his Cholesta Care with the same ingredients and no calories or fat.

The amount of fat in 1 or 2 squares of Choconuvo is minimal (along with only 2 grams of sugar).
It is important to realize the importance of some fat in our diets.
From the National Health Servcie (and others):
A small amount of fat is an essential part of a healthy, balanced diet. Fat is a source of essential fatty acids, which the body cannot make itself.
Fat helps the body absorb vitamin A, vitamin D and vitamin E. These vitamins are fat-soluble, which means they can only be absorbed with the help of fats.

I have no proof that they've changed my numbers, but that little square of chocolate keeps me from seeking out other candy and sugar.
Mostly, that's why I enjoy one or two squares a day. It hits the spot and keeps my cravings in check.

Are his chocolates worth the hype?? Have they really improved anyone’s lab numbers. I’d love honest opinions! One thing I do LOVE is his little cranberry packets! I drink them daily
@CBonifacio If you read the reviews at HSN they are FULL of specific examples of numbers that changed in the doctor's office.

You have no idea what changed in that person's diet, medication and exercise.
Ridiculous to claim change due to these chocolate pieces.

I would love to try this as I adore chocolate. However, chocolate is one of the foods that aggravates my acid issues, so I avoid it as much as possible. Just have a small piece every few weeks as a very special treat.
