Getting the ChocoNuvo and am looking to add on one item to try.
The Hair Skin Nails has such rave reviews .... but I have to ask .... I've tried other Hair Skin Nails products over the years .... do you think the AL version is actually any better? If so, why? TIA!

Tink
He puts in all the vitamins with his H, S & N to make it absorb.
He powders his vitamins so they absorb.
No fillers at all.
He makes the dosage strong enough meet and exceed clinical results.
He follows the science.
His products are super fresh when you get them.

His products might be good, but I have to say, my eyes glaze over listening to him. jmo.

I use his Essential 1 multivitamins. They don't have a lot of calcium in them, though. I drink skim milk with meals, though.

I have been using Andrew’s Hair Skin & Nails for years. I absolutely love it.It’s like no other I’ve tried. I use quite a few of his products with excellent results!!
What makes Andrew’s products better than all the rest is their purity & high quality!! He uses no additives,or dyes. His products are very gentle on my sensitive stomach.
Go for it.You won’t be sorry!!

Nope. His vitamines have too high of a concentration of ingredients for me to feel safe with them. The MDR's are usually WAY more than I would ever take.

I do use the Hair, Skin and Nails. To be honest I am not sure if does a thing. My hair is still fine and thin. But I still have hair. My nails still break on occasion but they are looking good. But I guess that it can't hurt. Not sure if it is better tan anything else on the market.
NOW - may I ask - why are you buying the ChocoNuvo? Has it helped you? Helped your cholesterol?

I would recommend essential 1, ultimate eye support or omega.

Both my dh and myself use the Lessman’s skin, hair and nails. It does not work for me, it does slow down thinning hair for dh. He is 67 with a beautiful head of hair. Both of us have good skin.
It certainly seems to be better than other brands.

Personally, unless tests have shown there is a vitamin defiiciency, I would hesitate to willy nilly take all these supplements. Colleen Lopez, if you can believe her, seems to take many of AL products. I would not follow her exampe.
