Well, I have never, ever seen that. But I wouldn't have a problem with that if someone opened it up and didn't like the smell, put the cap back on, and sent it to QVC. In fact, I wouldn't have a problem if they pumped some out; they would not have touched the product.

Have to think about that. But.....you still have 30 days to return it if you don't want it.

I just thought of something.....the WEN "as is" is probably the samples they use to pump CC out of during the demonstrations. It has been opened, so they can't re-sell it. I just assumed they keep using the same one throughout the month, but in the case of NEW bottles of sold-out items, which these seem to be, they won't be demonstrating it anymore, so they can sell the ones they used on the display table or for showing how to use the product.

I am not a current WEN user for hair, that which I have I use as body cleansing, replenishing mists for skin, both face and body.  But I hope it's good info for those that do!

I contacted customer service... they said as is would be sealed or they would honor return without shipping cost!

Idk, but I'd say worth a shot for anyone who missed out. Ashamed to admit I ordered the wvm.... which would be gallon number 5 for me! I always panic I'll run out. Sad... but true💖

I have 4 samples of both Faith and Stength edp and don't care for either scent. I appreciate you all so much for all of your wisdom and information on this blog and if anyone is a fan of these scents please get in touch and I would be happy to send them.
