Hi WEN fans - I've bought the holiday TSV the past couple of years. I've been wondering if there is a forum for sending in suggestions to WEN/QVC team or if buying/planning staff engage with this forum?

 

I am not that crazy about the Winter and Fall seasonals, at least compared to Spring and Summer. Thinking that the supply chain conditions that lead to the delay in Gallons means that the TSV could be affected this year, wondering if there was a way to break the deal into three options; such as fall/winter or spring/summer only or all 4 seasons?

 

Just sign up for the seasons that I REALLY want instead of the entire year? Last Spring I was sent 3 lavendars as a sbstitute, guessing it was again supply chain issues that meant the OG order could not be fulfilled!

The only thing I can suggest is to send your suggestions to QVC, as it's their buyers that determine what they offer.  Chaz/WEN has little say in the matter.

 

As of now, there are no plans for a TSV or holiday sets.

Any suggestions on best way to contact QVC that will end up getting to a buyer? Call, email, social, etc?

Not really.  

Their social media possibly.  They're not too keen on giving out general email information for things like that.  I don't know how effective  "Suggestions" here on the forum would be.  A letter to corporate offices.  A call to corporate to find out the best avenue for suggestions.

I sent an email directly to WEN with a question about a product....never got a reply... very disappointed...

Sorry to hear that, but I would try again.  Or call their customer service directly .  Many of the WEN ladies here have had good luck with their customer service department.

I recently emailed customer service at Chaz Dean's website, regarding the holiday TSV trio (32 oz.), and if they would have it this year, and got a reply back that there would not be one this year.

He said the earliest he may have a TSV would be April.  None are in the works at this time, though.
