Waitlist cancelled or on backorder

Has anyone ever ordered from the Chaz Dean website? I had one of my waitlist orders canceled by QVC and my usual 32 ounce shampoo is on back order. I'm getting concerned that I'll run out of product and not have anything, but the other website seems to have stuff in stock. Has anyone had success receiving "in stock items" from the other website?

I haven't ordered a lot from the WEN site, but a lot of the ladies here do order on a regular basis. I've never had any problems with it.

I don't believe they use any type of waitlist or back order. It's either in stock or out of stock. And if it's out of stock you just aren't able to order the product.

Chaz just had a great sale that ended October 31. If you can wait a few more weeks, he normally has a pretty good Black Friday sale too.

I haven't had any problems with orders from Chaz Dean's website either. I check his site and QVC for the best prices.

If you give WEN your email address on the site, they'll notify you when they're having sales and specials.

@TMR1 I ordered some of the scalp tonic last spring, when the warehouse fire destroyed the QVC WEN stocks, and they cancelled some of my auto-delivery shipments. Chaz's website had it in stock, so I was able to get it from him directly, and it was very well worth it! I would never hesitate to order directly from Chaz if the Q did not carry what I wanted.

On a related topic to what you raised, I got a notification from QVC today that they are extending my Winter Chocolate Truffle waitlist order another four weeks, hooray! I really want to try that new seasonal, I liked it better than the PPL out of the two peel-n-sniff samples I got last summer, and I am loving the PPL CC in person, so I suspect I will love the new winter formula, too. I hope it, like the PPL, has the honey complex lower in the ingredient stack, so I can tolerate it.

@geezeretteI suppose it's possible mine might still be cancelled, it depends whether Chaz thinks his suppliers are going to be able to ship product to QVC before the end of February when the "fall/winter" season ends. It's not like I am going to run out of CC, that's for sure! But I do want to see the ingredient stack, so I know whether I can use the new winter formula or not. It seems that having the trimonium honey complex down at sixth or lower place in the formula, like we have in the PPL, lets it fly under my allergy radar, for which I am very grateful, as I like the mild spice, nuttiness and coffee scents, it's very different than the intense "pumpkin pie" scent of FGP. I keep checking Chaz's own website to see if the CC is there yet, to look at the ingredients, but as of a day or two ago, no luck. Guess I should go check again, huh?

I was just on his site checking something else and I didn't see the Chocolate Truffle yet.

I hope you do get it. And I hope it works for you like the the PPL. Do you find that you have to limit your use of the PPL because of the honey, or can you use it just like your regular formulas?

@CamilleP Mine was extended another 4 weeks as well! I was happy to see that it wasn't cancelled. Hoping it comes in to inventory by the end of this month.

On another note I did get my PPL although I think I only used it once so far, so I can't say much about it yet. I really need to use at least a few times and play around with it to get a better sense. I do get the pumpkin and spices (but not too strong) and some nuttiness - not sure I really get coffee in the scent but I'll see with more use.
