Thanks!
@AngelPuppy1, lol, I'll do my best. It sounds as though my original post wasn't clear enough. I wrote:

Adding the folks with two word names to the Notification list is challenging, because the computer system is glitchy for you. -- You may want to read through this Moderator question - problem w/ Notification names thread and then email QVC about getting your notification name modified. I have to do somersaults to get your notifications out.
___
When I wrote two word names I probably should have said two separate word names.
Examples of this would be "Tennis Expert" or "Marathon Fan", versus "TennisExpert" or "MarathonFan" which are one word names.
First of all, there is no problem with your name vis-a-vis the QVC Notification system, because it's all ONE word (i.e. there are no spaces in it).
After QVC updated their computer program in June, they realized that the two separate word names didn't work seamlessly for their Notification system. Evidently, it was too late for their IT department to go back and clean this glitch up.
Here's how the Notification system works. If you want to send a Notification to someone who has NOT posted in a particular thread, then you simply type "@" and then start typing in the person's name. After you have typed the first 4-5 letters in their name, a drop down menu will appear that allows you to select the person's name. Once you make your selection, their *activated* Notification name will appear in your text (because if you just type "@" plus their name, this will NOT *activate* their Notification name).
This system works seamlessly, except when the person's name is two (or more) separate words).
For multi-word names, the drop down menu doesn't show these options. And, as I just mentioned, if you just type "@" plus their name, this will NOT *activate* their Notification name either.
The only work around I have found is for me to find a thread in which the person has posted. Then start to reply to their post, and activate the drop down menu by typing in "@". Then I choose their name and the *activated* Notification name appears on in my text. Then I copy the Notification name, go back to my thread and paste the Notification name in my thread. lol, this takes a lot of time to do.
Additionally, these Notification name links don't seem to be very stable. lol, they actually seem to get deactivated fairly quickly, so I need to go through this process for each Notification.
Below is my question and the reply from @Keyai that was in the Moderator question - problem w/ Notification names thread in the Suggestion Box forum.
I hope that clarifies this.

I've noticed that the Notification System only seems to work when use it in conjunction with the Drop Down Menu (which is fine).
I type in "@" and immediately the menu drops down and lists the names of the other people who have most recently posted to this thread.
If their name isn't listed -- either because they didn't post to this thread recently, or at all -- once I start typing their name, then usually their name will appear in the Drop Down Menu.
@The one exception to this rule is for people who have more than one word in their Notification Name. Examples of these types names (which aren't actual names of members) would be "Fly Right", "Book Reader", "Life Is Good", "Tennis Pro", etc. -- These names almost never are listed as options in the Drop Down Menu (unless they were a recent poster in the thread that I am replying to). -- Just typing in @Fly Right or @Tennis Pro (for example), won't trigger the Notification System. So I have to go back to a thread in which they posted, start to reply to one of their messages, copy their notification name, and then paste it into the thread in which I want to notify them.
I realized this about three weeks ago, and it's been an ongoing problem.
Could one of the Moderators check this out and let me know what's happening.
Thanks, in advance,

Hi @bebe777
@The issue is with the space. Any nickname with a space will not be able to be work with the @ mention function that was enabled with the new forum platform. This is a known issue which would require Community members to change their nickname to remove spaces. For the QVC team we added hyphens or underscores to remove spaces. Example: Keyai-QVC or David_Venable
We made so many changes when moving to this new platform we did not feel it was worth forcing members to change the format of their nicknames. In the future new members will not be able to create a nickname with a space to address this topic that you noticed.
I hope this explanation addresses your question.

I'm having...what's the opposite of buyers remorse? You know, where you WISH you had purchased something, but didn't. Well, the 2 CC and 2 RTM's Are still available for $81 and change....but on wait list for FTP. What to do, what to do?

Thanks for answering. I didn't notice all of the other posts. I understand what is happening now. I appreciate you explaining!!!

Thanks, @bebe777, although I know my thanks is a bit late!
I was really tempted by both the FTP OTOs, even had the phone in my hand, but decided not to get either. I don't use the mousse, so that one only had two items in it that would work for me. And since I already have the FTP EDP, I really wouldn't use the treament mist in the other one either.
I did stock up on the FTP 32oz--auto delivery, of course! So I'll have the equivalent of a couple of gallons of that. I'm hoping that next June perhaps the fall gallon will be FTP so I can stock up again!
And I also got the 613 Try Me kit. That was a great value. Even though I now use the 319 NBT, I really want to try that tube. The NBT makes a superior hand cream, but the jar is not portable. I'm going to keep the tube in my purse, or possible the car. I really would like to see the WEN team make a set of NBT tubes--maybe a duo, or even better, say a set of three tubes. Then I could keep a couple in different rooms of the house and have one to go!

If you really like FTP and can use both of these products you definitely should order it. I do realize that sometimes the waitlist orders are cancelled but I have never had this happen to me.

@Jeannie29, I think @Susan25 has a great point. If you use both of these products it's a great value. The current featured price is a bit higher than the OTO price, but it's still an excellent value.
Though your waitlist order might not come through, I think it's worth giving it a try if you use both products. ![]()

Thanks for the heads up bebe. I didn't get the OTO, but I did get the 32 oz FTP on autoship. Everyone has peaked my curiosity about FTP, so I took the plunge today. Can't wait to try it.
If you like lighter fruity smells you will love it.

1 of my FTP OTOs arrived today (along with a polar bear figural candle from ED on air), I love this scent! I swear if Chaz started doing the body cleansers in seasonals I would lose my mind....just to layer FTP from head to toe. I now have everything made in FTP. Gee I seem to be obsessed, lol
