Oh, boy. You too. It's just awful. I paid full price for that item. It's the next day and for five days it has not moved. Recently, we received a package that we never ordered and from a store that we don't deal with. It had NO address on it too!!! LOL! Anyway, thank you for posting your story. I mean, I hope you fare better than I did

Well,

Today my 32oz cleansing conditioner& body creme arrived .

I think the heat got to it, as when I opened the box, the bottle was sorta bent and the top of the cap had blown off with

CC all over the place.

The box was fine....

Now I have an item that was sitting in my PO not even a mile away, says its in the State next to mine sitting in their PO, 4 hrs away!!

I guess I am lucky, I had recieved my gallon and a few other items that I did order at the end of May without any problem

That's awful. I see you are having trouble too. The gallon got to me in three days because it was sent UPS all the way. My order that is lost is doing the same thing. Just sitting. This, I believe, is because they are using, what's called, "mail innovations". This is the absolute cheapest method of shipping BUT it's a VERY good chance you won't get it. I think they're going to be swamped with people not getting their stuff, just decide to get a refund and go elsewhere. You'd think they'd do something about it! My package is sitting around 200 miles away from me. I'm seeing complaints where I've never seen them before too.
