I'm confused... there is a little lift lid that it looks like came off with the cap.

No its like a giant air bubble, alittle less than 1/4 of the container

Do you have a kitchen scale? I do and will gladly share the total weight of a new unused NBT if you'd like. This obviously should be 8 oz content plus the weight of the container. We can compare and see if you lost anything from that big air bubble.  Let me know...

I hae recieved before ,613 and 319, the 319 was full ( i thought boy I got lucky, the other was like this one)

Try putting lid back on and just tapping container a bit (I just tap on countertop) all my body butters, face creams usually have some bubbles from settling druing travel...Once I tap container and re-open they are full again...You can always call CS if you think something isn't right...

This is the same complaint that Josie Maran body butters get. Products like this are sold by weight, not volume. A giant air bubble does not mean you got less product than promised. You will need to weigh it to find out.

Did you know that the WEN Remoist 8-oz container from QVC is sold in the exact same size tub that the WEN Remoist 4-oz container from Guthey-Renker? I have both and have compared. Product sold by weight, not volume. The QVC version with 8-oz has more product in it and the tub still isn't full and the GR version looks mostly empty when it's brand new. That's how very little the size of the tub or air bubbles have to do with anything.
