Did anyone else get the email that their Wen auto-delivery gallon was cancelled? I ordered the Summer Mango Coconut on auto-ship anticipating that second one as a Christmas gift. Why does the Q push these options if they cannot fulfill them? I would've gladly ordered two single shipments had I have known.

Blame Wen not Q...Q offers what Wen promises to supply to customers.

I just went to the WEN website and found you now have to log in to even browse the products. What's up with that? I don't know of any other company that makes you register and sign in before you can shop.

That's odd. I can browse the products without registering or logging in.

No issues getting on the new Wen website...It's wonderful!
Also the Q does control the auto ships, it has happened before..very frustrating, it happens with other auto ships here also..

I got both my second gallon auto-deliveries. One was a seasonal (not summer).
I had read that several others had their seasonal a-d's cancelled, although I don't think they were the gallons. And that was QVC's fault, as Chaz explained on his social media.

Quite honestly it was a while ago, during the summer or fall I think, and I don't remember the details. Something to the effect that the Q has to give WEN a purchase order a certain amount of time before WEN can ship their products to QVC. He reminded them a few times, but they didn't get the orders in on time. There was more to it after that that I can't remember. I think some people's orders were delayed and others were outright canceled.
Maybe someone that has a better memory than I do can fill in the blanks!🤷‍♀️

@kitcat51 - actually Q controls this. They are supposed to give Wen a tally of products ordered. And, what makes it bad is when people decide to change the scent for their second shipment - it isn't allowed but does happen.
