Re: checked bag suggestions?

I use Delsey hard side carry on & check in...Spinner wheels a must.  2 carry on & 2 checked.   No pulling they just glide along.  They've gone long distance, Africa, Australia & NZ....large airlines, small ones...no issues and great organization features

Once upon a time, I let a shopping companion talk me into buying a 29" for a longish European trip.  It was awkward and heavy, and I was so happy to get home and unpack.  But I was even happier when the squirrels that invaded the attic ate away at its edging and I could easily justify a 25" replacement.

Years ago my niece and I were in Europe for 23 days and took one 29" and each took a carry on.  After that I only used the 29" once before donating to Goodwill bc I found it much harder to manage (even with wheels).  I love my 25" much better.
